Program Overview

The Gurpreet Gill Referral Program rewards individuals who refer potential property sellers or buyers to Gurpreet Gill from Raine & Horne Cranbourne, Victoria. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing eligibility, reward issuance, and general conduct.

Eligibility

• This program is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Referrals must be genuine and made in good faith, with the referred property listed and sold through Gurpreet Gill.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Raine & Horne Cranbourne may not be eligible for rewards unless expressly approved.

Referral Reward

Anyone who directly sells a property or refers a property through this program will receive a $1,000 gift card.

• The referred property must be sold and settled for the reward to apply.
• The gift card will be issued within 30 days after settlement.
• Only one reward will be provided per property sale, regardless of multiple referrals.

Program Duration

The referral program is valid until 31st December 2026, unless extended or terminated earlier by Gurpreet Gill at Raine & Horne Cranbourne. Any referrals made after this date will not be eligible for rewards unless otherwise stated.

Reward Conditions

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• Gurpreet Gill reserves the right to substitute the gift card with an equivalent reward of equal value if necessary.
• The referee and referrer must not be the same individual or have the same ownership interest in the property.

Program Management

This referral program is managed exclusively by Gurpreet Gill from Raine & Horne Cranbourne, Victoria. Decisions regarding eligibility, disputes, or reward issuance are final and binding.

Privacy & Data Handling

All information collected through the referral program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal details of both referrers and referees will remain confidential and used solely for program-related purposes.

Amendments & Termination
